Principal responsibilities:
1、Develop a marketing programs plan, which covers strategy, activies and budget.
2、Hire and manage marketing programs professionals to execute all activities .
3、Actively participate in the development of the company’s positioning and key marketing messages.
4、Conduct and specify marketing requirement for market and customer research.
5、Responsible for executing marketing strategies and providing direction for the company market.
6、Development of a marketing team and the identification of new opportunities.
7、Develop and implement promotiond efforts including print advertising, product brochures, promotion staratagyand tradeshow execution for all product ang service.
8、Corporate identity branding, developing and implementing traditional and on-line campaigns.
9、Responsible for formulating & administering corporate policies & developing long range goals & objects.
10、Provide strategic direction for the marketing division including sales and marketing support staffs.
11、Optimize plan profitability and position in the marketplace.
12、Direct the entire group and individual marketing sffort including planning & forecasting overseeing sales activities, analyzing and interpreting results obtained, and taking necessary corrective action.
13、Establishe procedures and goals for the division.
Requirements:
1、The ideal candidate must have strong connection with local and international travel agents, airlines, media, government bodies, and multinational corporations, also have a proven track record in his/her team.
2、Minimum 4-6years experiences as Director of Sales & Marketing. Experience in pre opening strategies andcontinuous development highly regarded.
3、Strong communicator with dynamic personality. Strong financial acumen in all sales. Natural Leader, able to lead, motivate, coach and discipline a large number of staff. Looking for long term development within company.Able to negotiate commercial outcomes.
