Familiar with chemical treatment, hazard communication, hazard waste dispose management, emergency response and waste water treatment procedure, and comply with the requirement of the procedure. 接受ISO14001体系培训，熟知化学品处理程序、危害沟通控制程序、危险废弃物处置管理程序、紧急相应程序和废水处理程序，并按体系要求执行。 Qualifications任职资格: l University degree preferably in an engineering or business related field. 学士学位，工程学或贸易相关专业。 l Post Secondary certification in the field of Purchasing and Materials Management 能快速的完成材物流流程 l 5+ years of related automotive manufacturing experience with 3 of the 5 years in a management level position 五年以上汽车制造行业工作经验，其中有3年管理经验 l Computer literate including MS-Office 熟练使用办公软件 l Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing 有很好的领导才能 l Strong negotiation and organizational skills 很强的组织和谈判能力 l Thorough knowledge of quality and manufacturing tools such as SPC, FMEA, control plans, poke yoke, pare to analysis, cause and affect analysis, fishbone diagrams, PPAP, root cause analysis 精通质量和制造工具，如SPC, FMEA,，控制计划，能用图解法表示和进行分析。 General knowledge of QS 9000; certified internal QS 9000 auditor preferred 精通QS-9000程序
